Mary practices in Tulsa, Oklahoma and serves clients throughout northeast Oklahoma.  Clement Legal specializes in Probates, Wills & Trusts, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation.

A native of Wichita, Kansas, Mary moved to Tulsa for college, earning a bachelor's in Mathematics and her Juris Doctor at the University of Tulsa.

Mary started her legal career in public service, working as an Assistant District Attorney for Tulsa County, handling a wide range of misdemeanors and felonies, including DUIs, drug possession, violations of protective orders and domestic violence, burglaries, and homicide.

In private practice, Mary has represented clients in divorce and custody matters, guardianships, nursing home negligence claims, restraining orders and injunctions, property disputes, criminal charges, testate and intestate probates, and trust disputes.

As Clement Legal, Mary provides valuable legal services to her Oklahoma neighbors.  She works with her clients to navigate the complex legal system in times of stress and change, and helps clients plan for their future and take care of their loved ones with estate planning.
